This modern apartment in the neighborhood of Sarria, in the northeast part of the city, is ideal for those looking for a relaxed stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years.

The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Ausiàs Marc - Roger de Flor / Pg. De Sant Joan - Alí-Bei) and subways (Arc de Triomf / Marina). Only 15 minutes walking or by public transport, you will find the most famous beach in Barcelona, La Barceloneta. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.

This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.

Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the small balcony that will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and the other two with 2 single beds; as well as 1 double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower.

From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.

As we want your stay to be as simple and relaxed as possible, we have developed a wide variety of extra services such as pick-ups from and to the apartment, tickets to the most famous attractions of the city, as well as the purchase for your breakfast and snacks so that Do not worry about making the purchase upon arrival.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
