About this property

Traditional farmhouse, beautifully renovated with a pool in the forest

Located in the heart of one of  Europe's largest natural reserves (Les Landes, South West of France), just over an hour from the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bordeaux and the seaside town of Biarritz, this traditional French farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of private grounds and woods populated by centurial oak trees.

Built in the 1860s, the house is beautifully renovated and has all modern amenities fitting to one's needs. The rental also includes access to:

- a heated swimming pool (12x 6m) with a motorised pool cover for safety
- a pool house
- a barn for outdoor dining/party
- a barn with a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom
- free wifi

Daily housekeeping can be arranged and is additional to the rental costs.

For nature lovers and sport enthousiasts, hiking, mountain biking as well as private visits of the nearby natural reserve and lakes of Arjuzanx can also be arranged at additional costs.

prachtig huis, in echt veel mooier dan op de foto’s, heel smaakvol. We waren er met twee gezinnen, plek is prachtig, je hebt wel een auto nodig maar dan kan je de allerlei leuks doen in de omgevin

Magnifique séjour au calme de la forêt landaise

La maison et le terrain sont très spacieux et très bien entretenus, et la grande piscine nous a permis de nous rafraîchir lors d’une semaine caniculaire exceptionnelle. Les différents espaces de la propriété ont permis à chacun, enfants, ados et adultes, de se retrouver pour jouer , discuter, manger ou lire au gré des envies. La déco magnifique est un plus. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne nous a manqué! Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir!

Sérénité, calme…

Après une année de dur labeur.. une semaine de repos dans cette propriété sous les chênes centenaires, dans la piscine ou dans un hamac, à permis à toute la famille de repartir au top ! Merci Pascale d’avoir su créer cette ambiance harmonieuse dans votre domaine !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la très belle demeure de Pascale. La maison est décorée avec gout et classe. Et cela est très important (pour moi) pour le plaisir des yeux dans une maison à louer... Pour nous sentir dans un univers dans lequel on se sent bien et chez nous et non dans une location aseptisée. L'emplacement est magnifiquement perdue dans la foret, il ne manque rien : piscine, trampoline, ping pong, grange, hamac, cabane pour les enfants... Un très bon séjour donc dans ce havre de paix entre amis avec enfants :) Merci Pascale, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
