It is an one floor private house with a shared backyard/garden. There’s a front entrance and a kitchen door leading to the backyard. Located just next to the central square of Argostoli. Within walking distance (apprx 5 -7min) from the port, seafront and main market.The house is earthquake-resistant-built. There are three bedrooms,one of which has view of the yard and a living-room equipped with television. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into two single beds. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and it is equipped with a washing machine. Computer and free WiFi are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware. Baby equipment is also available.
It is located next to the city’s central square and the “heart” of Argostoli. Nearby there are restaurants, tavernas, coffee shops, bars, a playground and the Town Hall. Within walking distance from the main shops and market. Just a block away from the open-air cinema. Located on a residential street in a relatively quiet neighborhood.
In just 12 minutes' walk away ,you can enjoy a swim in a small rocky beach surrounded by a grove.In 30-40 minutes walk (2,5km) there is a sandy beach. The popular beaches-with-amenities in Lassi (Makris Gialos-Platis Gialos) are 10 minutes drive away ,that is 3 km away from the town centre.
The bus stop is two minutes walk and the bus travels you to Lassi and the West coasts. Lassi is mainly a touristic area with lots of tavernas, shops, nice beaches for all tastes and busy night life.
The taxi rank is a 1-minute walk away. Within a 5-minute walk you will find yourself at the harbor where you can take the boat to Lixouri. Within 1.5 km of the house you will find the KTEL station from where you can find itineraries for the whole island.
