The apartment is well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout. Located only a 10 minute walk from the train station. with Falsgrave Road only a stones throw away which has many shops and pubs/restaurants and the Stephen Joseph theatre which has many shows and films showing.

The apartment is on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. So comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a family bathroom with a walk in shower and large corner bath. Living room offers natural light due to the large bay window, fire place, TV with DVD player, dinning seating for 4 people and with two 2 seater sofa's.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker and hob, toaster, and kettle.
Parking is on the street infront of the the living room, we also provide free parking tickets for guests to park in various places in the scarborough area.
