Cosy gîte on the banks of the Nantes-Brest canal

Stone house, renovated in 2018, 200 m from the Nantes to Brest canal, in a green setting, close to a small medieval town and 35 km from the sea. Peaceful and relaxing place, with a garden and an enclosed space, and located 4 km from the expressway. It is an ideal place for hiking, fishing and also discovering the Gulf of Morbihan and its superb islands, the mythical forest of Brocéliande.
Additional info: deposit of 300 €, Tourist tax: 0. 70 € per day and per person. Granules for the stove € 5 per 25 kg bag.

Bedding and towels

It was a lovely property in a lovely location and Anne was extremely helpful. The property was very well stocked with all the equipment we could possibly need. My only criticism was I didn't expect to pay extra for towels and sheets and if I had I would have brought my own.

La maison est située au calme dans un hameau. Notre séjour d'une semaine dans ce gite a été bien agréable. La terrasse côté rue (totalement clôturée et sécurisée) à l'ombre en fin d'après-midi est pratique pour apprécier les grillades cuites au BBQ. La maison est très bien située et permet d'accéder rapidement grâce à la voie rapide à tous les sites intéressants du Morbihan.

Bon séjour au calme et à proximité de chouettes endroits

Le logement d'Anne est un bon pied à terre pour séjourner quelques jours dans la région. Il est situé au calme, entre plusieurs villes. Le gîte est confortable pour 4 à 6 personnes : il y a toutes les commodités. Les draps et serviettes sont en supplément cependant. L'endroit doit être agréable été comme hiver ! Il est largement préférable d'être véhiculé pour y accéder ;)

Pour des Séjours courts

Propriétaire disponible et aimable. Location bien située, au calme, proche de sentiers pédestres et de lieux à visiter ainsi que les commodités. Parfait pour un weekend. Pour une semaine, c'est un juste. Rien pour accrocher le linge. Salle de bain humide. Problème avec la description de l'annonce car ce n'est pas vraiment un"jardin", et il n'est pas clos. Il n'y a pas de réel possibilité de manger dehors (terrasse a l'ombre et donnant sur la route) Pour la propreté des lieux, étant de nature Maniac je serai modérée mais il est néanmoins a revoir surtout vu la période actuelle ( 3 grands seaux noir a notre arrivée pour le ménage, une odeur de renfermée dans certaines pièces et sur le matelas et les couvertures. Cependant le séjour fut agréable et le logement correct.

Ländliche Umgebung

Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr ländlich gelegen, Kuhweide und Bauernhof nebenan und zum Kanal sind‘s mal gerade 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die kleine Straße geht direkt am Haus vorbei und ist den größten Teil des Tages nur wenig befahren, aber es gibt auch „Stoßzeiten“ z.B. am frühen Abend. Einen Sitzplatz draußen gibt es nur vor dem Haus, was schade ist, denn hinter dem Haus ist viel Platz( und Abendsonne), so dass man sich eine ruhige und etwas geschützte Sitzecke dort gut vorstellen könnte. Aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden.
