A four bedroom house is newly refurbished offering a spacious living space for holiday marker and somebody looking for a decent place to stay on business trip. On the ground floor is the living room ,one bed room and bathroom. The Kitchen is fitted with washer/dryer, cooker, Micro wave, Toaster, kittle and any other utensil you will expect from a Morden kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom fitted with shower. The top floor has a three bedroom with double bed, two single beds and another room with a double bed, there is also a bathroom with shower on the top floor too.

A group of us staying while based at Rochester Cathedral

Seven of us lived comfortably here for 4 nights. The basic equipment was there. Bedrooms, - there are 2 spacious twins, 1 big double and 1 smaller double where one person has to climb over, but it was ok with lots of storage. 2 large bathrooms were useful. The walk in to Rochester was fine over the Medway bridge, and gave us a different perspective on the area.

My brother, sister, wife, and I rented the property from 4/11 to 5/11. The property is nothing as advertised. The pictures used in the advertisement do not depict reality. The property is very dated. Furniture is second hand at best. Walls and floors dirty and stained. Doors cracked/broken and extremely dirty. Kitchen utensils and eatery all dirty with caked on food. Top of kitchen cabinets layered in dirt and ant traps. Range/Oven gross sitting in a broken cabinet. Constant ant trails in lower floor bathroom. Front door looked like it had been kicked in and ALL “repairs” (this term is used very lightly) were addressed with gobs of painters caulking smeared over and around cracks and holes. The exterior, front and back yards had bagged trash laying in them upon arrival. In short, this place is a DUMP! DO NOT RENT!
