The Garden Room is a self contained wing of the owners home, with views across to open countryside. Comfortably furnished it retains nice features with exposed stone walls. The Berry is adjacent to The Garden Room and is approached by external stone steps. Comfortably furnished offering an ideal hideaway for two. Visit the zoo or take a steam train ride to Dartmouth. Torquay, 4 miles offers a wealth of water sports, sandy beaches and good selection of shops and restaurants. Dartmoor National Park, South Devon Coastal path within easy reach. Pub serving food 1 mile, shop ½ mile.

Lovely, clean & comfortable place above the owner's garages.

Lovely, clean & comfortable place above the owner's garages. Nice & private location. Loved the fact that it was behind gates which are kept closed at all times. Had our own little garden area to sit out in. Linda & Mike are really friendly & welcoming, they were always on hand should you have any problems, albeit everything was fine during our stay. Will definitely consider looking to stay there again if we find ourselves back in the area. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This was our second stay at the Berry.

This was our second stay at the Berry.Since our last visit the shower has been bought up to date and modernised,but unfortunately the water pressure was very low. Wifi kept dropping in and out especially in the evening which was a bit frustrating at times especially when trying to book trips out. Didn’t let either of these two things spoil our holiday and Linda and Mike the owners like our first visit very friendly and accommodating once again.
