Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Large garden with patio, summerhouse and garden furniture (shared with owner). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside surrounded by many picturesque villages and historical towns, Sudbury, Hadleigh, Kersey, Lavenham and Long Melford to name but a few. This semi-detached holiday cottage is furnished to a very good standard providing stylish bright and airy, spacious accommodation. Enjoy all the lovely rural walks directly from the property. Historic market towns of Diss and Bury St Edmunds within easy driving distance, as are Newmarket for the races and the city of Cambridge. Colchester, for its castle, zoo and good shopping is close by. Shop and pub 1¾ miles.

We are both in our 70's although fit and active we did find the 2 Sofa's rather low down for us so had to bolster us up using cushions and pillows. These were the only easy chairs. The Mount is a pleasant bungalow very nicely kept and surrounded by countryside.

The Mount is a pleasant bungalow very nicely kept and surrounded by countryside. The garden could do with some colourful planting and the garden furniture didn't entice you to sit outside but the owner who lived next door was a lovely lady and she made us very welcome. She made us very welcome and also supplied a welcome gift of biscuits, milk and a lovely card.

Lovely area of Suffolk with many beautiful villages nearby. The bungalow was a very generous size for two people. There was a nice, good sized garden. The bed was comfortable.
