No smoking.. This apartment is 50 yards from the cliff top and the Blue Flag sandy beach. Set on the first floor the open plan living room/kitchen has a balcony with distant sea views. The holiday apartment offers comfortable accommodation and is in an ideal area for exploring. Enjoy Bournemouth town centre with town garden, shops, restaurants and pubs. The New Forest National Park is just a short drive away with pretty villages and free roaming cattle and ponies. Christchurch is close by with its market, walks along the river or a river cruise and Mudeford popular for crabbing on the quayside. Shop ½ mile, pub 600 yards.

Had yet another relaxing holiday in this location. We just love the area. We can see our old home from the balcony. (The Isle of Wight) Quite a change from our hectic life in Swindon. So much so we are now looking to buy in the area.

Pinecliffe was a great place to stay while we explored the area.

Pinecliffe was a great place to stay while we explored the area.Owners were friendly,the flat was clean and tidy and there were all the appliances that one could need.The owners clearly outlined the route we should use to get there and communicated how to pick up the keys and everything went smoothly. For immediate eating out there was a pub and café within 5 mins walking time. There is a car parking space ,off road ,in front of the flat ,which is ideal. If you needed more space for parking it was available ,in the road without the restrictions of yellow lines. Wi-Fi was available and the signal was strong. The heating was modern and adjustable and the flat had a cosy feel about it , yet it could easily sleep 4 adults. There about three other flats in this building and there was no problem of noise and everyone kept to their own parking places. All in all it was a good experience for us.
