Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, French Doors To Sitting Out Area Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Highchair included.. Both properties: Bed linen and towels included. Initial £20 of electric heaters and electricity included, remainder by meter reading. bed linen and towels included. Wi-Fi available at £5 per booking. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot available on request. Sitting-out area. Gravelled and lawned area with barbecue (shared). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.
For security, there are key-operated intruder alarms.
