This is a lovely small and quaint Nantucket studio, with a great private deck space outside. It is clean, has everything you need and is perfect for a couple for a weekend. It is pricey for what it is, but reasonable for Nantucket. Would stay here again.

The property was ideal on arrival - private, clean, space to chill inside and outside - with easy access to public transportation downtown. Attention to detail noted, including lighting to set a vibe. The bed and linens, wonderful. Lovely to bike to the beach. Checked in a little early and out a little late, the flexibility made our trip even better! We wish you had more properties!! Thank you!!

We booked a last minute trip to Nantucket to escape the Texas heat for a few days. So glad we found this listing, and that it happened to be available for our stay! Great location! Perfect size for a couple! We were able to walk to Bartlett Farm one morning for breakfast. We also walked to the little downtown harbor one day. We borrowed the beach chairs and towels to enjoy Sandbar and Jetties one day. It was great fun! Loved the little private deck seating area, and had a cute cat visit us outside twice. The fridge had a carton of half and half for us to enjoy our coffee, which was a great touch.

Great location mid island, outdoor space was a really nice perk to the quaint room and bathroom was a good size. Loved having a fridge, microwave and TV for unwinding at the end of the day and the complimentary beach chairs were so great. Patricia is responsive and super helpful, we’ll definitely be back!!

Everything was as described! Communication and cleanliness was fantastic. The outside deck area is great. They also included two beach towels and chairs. The location is great. Two miles from town, two miles from Surfside Beach. Right on the bike path and .5 miles from a bike rental place. There’s also a nearby bakery and cafe, as well as a pizza place.
