We had a fantastic time at The Haven, it's a lovely apartment with comfortable furniture and all you need from a self-catering holiday. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We usually pick somewhere with a garden for our dog to go out into, but with the close proximity to the beach this wasn't needed at all, a few minutes and you're there. Early mornings and evenings the beach was almost empty for her to run on.You can't get much closer to Beadnell Bay and we enjoyed walking there, and around the village. Recommend a meal at The Landing, literally a minute walk away, dogs are allowed to sit with you outside. Also within an hour to most of the beautiful beaches and countryside Northumberland has to offer, highly recommended.

I was a bit concerned the appartment would be too small, as we usually book a house.

I was a bit concerned the appartment would be too small, as we usually book a house. I should not of worried, it was so spacious. It had everything we needed and some more. It was comfortable, warm and welcoming. The property itself is in a prime location, just yards from the beach, in walking distance from the village shop, 2 food serving pubs and a cafe. It is a lovely walk to Seahouses, or for the more adventurous Low Newton to the Ship Inn. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially our who loved the beach.

The apartment is ideally located in the lovely Beadnell Bay. It is the top floor of a two-story (maisonette, do we still call them that?). The apartment had everything we needed: it was spacious and light, close to the beach, had all the equipment we needed and was clean (although a little sandy but you can't help that being so close to the beach). Checkin and checkout were great and we had no problems at all. We would definitely recommend and we would stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the Haven which is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. The local area is stunning and the gorgeous beach is less than a minute out of the door. The owners were helpful and communicative and we were really chuffed with the fresh flowers and our welcome hamper which catered for the whole family; even the dog. We hope to return one day. Our son loved his surfing lesson at Bamburgh and we all enjoyed Beadnell Bay, Alnwick castle and gardens, Craster and Holy Island. A lovely holiday, despite the changeable weather.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Haven.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Haven. The owner texted me when the cottage was ready on the first day of our holiday and they had left a welcome gift for us, which included a treat for each of us, including our dogs, which was very thoughful and very gratefully received. The cottage is equipped with absolutely everything you could think of and is a home from home. It is located about 300 metres from the beach, which stretches on for miles. We had a great week, enjoying walks along beadnell beach and visiting the neighbouring village of Seahouses and the castles of Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh and Warkworth. We will definitely book a holiday at the Haven again.

The Haven is really well located, within a few meters of the beach.

The Haven is really well located, within a few meters of the beach. It is a real home from home. We stayed with 2 young children and a dog and it had everything we could have asked for and more. It is spacious, comfortable and warm. Would definitely recommend the Haven and Beadnell bay to anyone visiting the area.

A delightful apartment in a superb location, situated just behind the sand dunes of Beadnell Bay. A one minute walk and you are on the beach. There are views of the sea from the property, as well as a distant view of Dunstanburgh Castle from the living room. The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Welcome gifts were a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely return.
