Just perfect ticked all the boxes, booked for 7 nights would gladly have stayed for a month, will definitely be returning.

Very hard to fault this lovely cottage in a beautiful quiet location.

Very hard to fault this lovely cottage in a beautiful quiet location. Excellent facilities, plenty of space and amazing views. Just be aware that it's a 15 minute walk into Ripley. If you're happy with that you'll have a wonderful holiday. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a wonderful week in Buttercup Cottage.

We had a wonderful week in Buttercup Cottage. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and equipped and there were comfy chairs in the lounge area. We watched spectacular sun rises and sets from the comfort of our seats and enjoyed the views from the patio doors! Hope to be back soon 😁

Lovely holiday, cottage had everything we wanted, very comfortable could really relax in it. The location was lovely, very peaceful hard to believe we were only 4 miles from a major city. Also brilliant t location for visiting different places, York, Scarborough,Harrogate. All and all a great holiday.

Buttercup Cottage was excellent.

Buttercup Cottage was excellent. It was outstandingly clean and well equipped and comfortable with excellent views from the lounge looking towards Ripley Castle and beyond. Friendly owners. Excellent location and very peaceful. Would highly recommend it.

We had a great week here ,everything spot on.

We had a great week here ,everything spot on.The views ,the location,the cottage,all excellent.The owners Keith and Dawn are very friendly and heipful.The welcome pack and flowers really did make us feel welcome.Such peace and tranquility on the south facing patio,with sun all day during good weather. Ripley village and Castle just down the road,a step back in time. Harrogate and Knaresborough,Betty’s Tea Rooms and Mother Shiptons caves all close by. We visited York via the park and ride as well,not to be missed. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place to be. You don’t have to travel far for sightseeing days out either. For the more energetic the Nidderdale way is on the doorstep.
