This charming, semi-detached, stone built cottage sits back in a peaceful location, and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The cosy living room, with a wood burner and comfortable sofa with warm throws, invites you to grab a good book, curl up and relax. There’s a Smart TV with Freesat and Blu-ray player, as well as games and books to keep you entertained. Fibre Wi-Fi is included too. The corner booth with pretty cushions and cottage style table, is a wonderful place to sit and take time over breakfast and a morning coffee, while planning the day ahead.

The kitchen has stylish shaker-style units and oak worktops, and is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and small fridge/freezer. The cupboards are stocked with all the equipment you’ll need during your stay, complete with a Tassimo coffee maker for your morning coffee. Both bedrooms are attractively dressed in the finest cotton bed linen. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and walk-in wardrobe. The second smaller bedroom offers 3ft bunk beds. The bathroom is fully tiled, and for your convenience, has a bath with shower over, and basin set within a stylish vanity unit.

To the side of the property is a small terraced area, set within the neighbouring cottages. With a garden table and chairs, imagine coming home after a day exploring, firing up the barbecue, and enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down. In the springtime, the terrace is set with attractive planters and awash with colour.

Set in breathtaking Nidderdale, this property is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and for the outdoor enthusiast, there are no limits to the number of cycling trails and walking routes. The Three Peaks of Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-Ghent draw in climbers and trekkers from all across the world. To enjoy a more leisurely pace, take a walk around nearby Gouthwaite Reservoir for some spectacular waterside views. Following the success of the Tour de France Grand Depart in 2014, Yorkshire is renowned for its annual cycling event, the Tour de Yorkshire, and welcomes many cyclists to the area. The famous cycling challenge, the Cote de Lofthouse, starts its ascent right behind the cottage.
No trip to this corner of Yorkshire would be complete without a day out in the Victorian Spa town of Harrogate which is just over 16 miles away. This elegant town is bursting at the seams with antique shops, cafés, independent boutiques and restaurants, and of course the famous Betty’s Tea Rooms. Shop 8 miles, pub and restaurant 150 yards.
