No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no hen or stag parties, by prior arrangement only. There are steps in the garden.. Located on the edge to the popular seaside town of Cromer, within 10 minutes’ distance of the town centre, promenade, pier and sandy beach, this detached brick and flint farmhouse enjoys an enclosed lawned garden with stepped seating terrace and provides an excellent venue for all year round holidays. The North Norfolk Steam Railway, golf course and Splash leisure centre are all close by, also, Felbrigg and Blickling NT stately homes are within 20 minutes’ drive. Visit Blakeney for boat trips to see the seal colonies and Blakeney Point NT nature reserve. Golf course and putting range available locally. Cromer carnival week is held the third week of August. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

Spent an amazing week here for our granddaughters first holiday. Plenty of room for 2 couples and a baby. It has all of the equipment and house amenities you could need. Spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack. Only a small negative, we were really looking forward to the hot tub, but there was no option to turn the temp down (it was uncomfortably hot, we have one at home so we are used to them) and it then bleached our swimwear, so we did not use again. Stayed with daughter and her husband with 2 boys (4&6 yrs). Traveling from Cromer no sign in entrance to cul de sac so missed turning. Farmhouse is well equipped but the description does include separate toilet downstairs but there isn't one! Dishwasher takes some working out as when you close the door it turns it sometimes turns it off! Nice welcome pack, we had a lovely stay, in a lovely area. The property was well equipped and recently decorated to high standard. It had a brand new fitted new shower unit in the downstairs cloakroom. It had a lovely new cooking range. All in all,l we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage and will be back next year, highly recommended.
