Grounds (shared with other properties). Fishing by arrangement (at cost). Private parking. Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds. Perfect for a relaxing break, Deer Park Lookout is a charming, spacious conversion which enjoys spectacular views across a beautiful deer park grazed by red and fallow deer, this wildlife haven is just 6 miles from the lovely North Norfolk Coast. For fishing and birdwatching enthusiasts there is a 14-acre lake as well as a network of footpaths round the park to explore, and if you don’t want to cook in the evening there is even an excellent restaurant within walking distance. Deer Park Lookout is close to the owners’ 18th century farmhouse, and is only 2 miles from Roughton village shop and Gunton’s railway station, and 6 miles from Cromer’s seaside attractions. The National Trusts Blickling and Felbrigg Halls are nearby and the Broads are easily accessible. Shop 2 miles, The Gunton Arms pub with restaurant within walking distance.
