This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family traveling with multiple children. The house was very well stocked, particularly in the kitchen. The bedrooms were largely separate from the communal space in the house which was nice when traveling with a larger group, and the mountain views from the living room are incredible, so we really enjoyed our time spent at home. We were lucky that the sunny days and warmer temps allowed us to enjoy the deck, even in winter. The 10-min walk to the bus stop allowed us to get into Chamonix fairly easily for skiing and shopping.

Absolutely loved our stay!

We loved our time at the chalet, the home was roomy, comfortable and had an amazing view of the mountains. The location was great, a short walk to the bus stop for public transportation, or a 15 min walk to the gondola. The beds were comfortable, dining room table held all of us and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. We are already wanting to come back!

Traditional mountain lodge in a beautiful setting with a lovely new extension.Great space for 8 adults.Lovely large garden and lots of games, pool table, table tennis etc.Well equipped kitchen.A car would be useful here if you wanted to collect wood for the fire, or do a big shop, but public transport fine, free and close by.There is a leak every time washing machine and tumble drier used, which needed mopping, but they did work. Lovely house.

Beautiful home and setting

The setting of this home is just as incredible as it is pictured. The location is perfect for exploring the area's main attractions as well as multiple hikes. The common areas of this home provided great places to gather in the morning for breakfast and to relax in the evening after our days' adventures. The pool table was a plus. We enjoyed the large patio outside for a final dinner under the beautiful Alps. We would be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect

This house is one of the best, if not THE best we have stayed at, in all of our years travelling. The house is very large and comes equipped with all necessities and essentials. Kitchen was packed full of everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for silence, walks, and a short drive to town. And the cherry on the top is the view.

Modern and super cozy house

My family and friends, a group of 6, enjoyed immensely our stay. The house I absolutely stunning, with the most beautiful views of the mountains, the kitchen is optimized, modernized, and equipped, and all rooms and beds are very comfortable. Our only comment is that the internet does not work well throughout the house, but only when you sit right by the router. Both Eric and care taker were not extremely responsive and helpful with local tips, and the communication was easy. We will definitely come back. Thank you Eric, Frederico

Beautiful Chalet close to Chamonix

We, two families with teenage/grown-up kids, altogether 10 persons, had a wonderful stay in the chalet. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the golf course and nice walking trails along the course leading you to Les Praz. If you follow the little path by the stream it will bring you into Chamonix in ~40minutes. There are different skiing areas close by, which we went to by car. All reachable within 5-10 minutes. The house itself is very spacious an well equipped. There are more than enough kitchen utensils to use. We had nice dinners around the big table in the cosy old part of the house. Also the pool table next to the living room area was a magnet for everyone…located in the super modern part of the house. We all absolutely loved it and would definitely come back again.

Séjour parfait

La surface et l'agencement de la grande pièce de vie nous ont permis de ne jamais se sentir à l'étroit. Pas évident de faire cohabiter 5 adultes et 3 enfants lorsque la météo est peu clémente. Mais ici se partager l'espace est chose aisée. Pour le bonheur de tous, nous avons eu la chance de jouir de la présence d'un couple de mésanges qui a élu domicile avec ses oisillons dans la boîte aux lettres. Le corps principal du chalet est un peu vieillot mais l'extension avec la salon et le coin billard est très bien réussi. Vues superbes, et environnement parfait. Joli jardin. Proche de Chamonix mais dans le calme!

Nous avons volontairement voulu conserver un esprit maison de famille comme présenté dans l'annonce, c'est le contraste traditionnel (rénové) / moderne qui fait le charme de notre chalet. De nombreux chalets "tout neuf" uniquement destinés à la location sont disponibles dans la vallée, libre à chacun de faire en fonction de ses envies ou budgets... Les retours en général très positifs nous confortent dans le choix que nous avons fait.

Tres beau chalet, très confortable dans lequel nous avons séjourné le temps d’un week-end prolongé. Nous avons apprécié le grand espace de vie et le confort de la cuisine, le jardin, le chauffage bien réglé (jamais eu froid), la cheminée, le billard...
