The studio consists of a single room, with kitchenette, there is a foldaway bed, a sofa that can become bed, TV, washing machine, bathroom with shower. It is located on the ground floor of a condominium building, with a small front garden. is 250 meters from the sea, by a shortcut you get to the high country in 10 minutes on foot. it is combined with a parking space in the garage, private. Wifi. Great for holidays. A few meters away there are the first food stores and a little further you will also find those of clothing, bars, establishments and restaurants. On the seafront, about 250 meters there is a bus stop, to and from the Fondi station which is about 10 km.
