You can take a trip on one of the fishing boats that will take you out and around the harbour where you can appreciate the views of St Mary’s Church and the stunning abbey that towers on the east side of the town. Whitby has many events going on all year round which are extremely popular including Folk Week, music weekends including sixties and soul weekends and also Goth Weekends mainly because of Whitby’s connection with Dracula.
