The location is brilliant. You are quite literally 5 pleasant minutes walk from the town centre. Its an upside down house with three en suite bedrooms downstairs. Not the best for mobility issues. Excellent parking with access via a quite steep gravel lane. Lots of outdoor patios and a good garden. The kitchen and dining room are have their own patio with great views. A huge living room with tons of seating and good internet. There are Alpacas in the adjoining field! Pet friendly, my Yorky loved it. Kirby Lonsdale is lovely but be aware the pubs close at 10pm. The pubs are great and a local brewery runs its own, The Barn which is great. Excellent pies from the pie shop and wonderful chocolate from Chocolat! Lake District is 20 minutes away and the Dales are magic. Highly reccomended for families. Just note that access is about 10m past the junction of A65 and B6254 in the direction of the M6.

What a beautiful home in a great location.
What a beautiful home in a great location. It was very easy to get to, and the directions sent were fantastic. Easy walking distance into Kirkby Lonsdale with a lovely supermarket nearby. It was sparkling clean. All my worries and stresses just melted away when I stepped through the door. Perfect for a break with family. Lots of space. A couple of things could be improved (a couple of pieces of broken furniture and 2 of the bathrooms could really do with a shower). However, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone as a lovely place for a break.

On the whole, we're impressed with the cottage.
On the whole, we're impressed with the cottage. There was an issue with the mattresses and comfort however the owner was quick to react and went out to buy mattress toppers which aided a better nights sleep. Great central location, Booths supermarket in walking distance. Plenty of Parking and the view is amazing. plenty of space in the living room, kitchen, dinner and patio. looking to stay again next year.
