Two of us stayed for a week at the end of February and found Carmel to be well positioned, spacious

Two of us stayed for a week at the end of February and found Carmel to be well positioned, spacious , warm, comfortable , well equipped and quiet. Our first stay in purpose built holiday accommodation, but obviously a good step up from a lodge or a mobile home. We Would definitely consider returning.

Lovely cottage, close to the beach BUT, as per someone else’s previous review, the hob is not

Lovely cottage, close to the beach BUT, as per someone else’s previous review, the hob is not working properly. A real problem in a self catering property. Strong smell of drains in the bathroom. Owners/agent need to do some maintenance.
