Please note: This property has a security deposit of £200.. Wyedale is a spacious detached property accommodating up to 12 guests, and has been lovingly converted into a wonderful holiday home. Who could ask for a better location for your holiday than in the market town of Bakewell, famous for its Bakewell Pudding which can be found in many of the local shops. With each of the five bedrooms offering en-suite facilities, and two of which benefit from being on the ground floor, this fantastic property is ideal for less mobile guests. The large inviting living room can be found on the ground floor, as well as the well-equipped kitchen with all you need to cook up a tasty family meal. The property also benefits from having its own games room, complete with a pool table and 7 foot table tennis top which can be placed on top of the pool table to convert it into table tennis, perfect for children and adults alike. Outside there is a large patio with garden furniture, ideal for dining al fresco.
Ideally situated opposite the Bakewell recreation ground, the property is perfect for families. Bakewell is a popular market town in the heart of Derbyshire, offering a wide selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, and even a local farmers market where you can buy locally sourced produce. Chatsworth House and Estate and Haddon Hall can both be found nearby, and make a wonderful day for everyone to enjoy. The Monsal Trail is also close by and is ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding, and starts in Bakewell and will take you to the outskirts of Buxton. The beautiful Hope Valley in Matlock, has cable cars which will take you to the Heights of Abraham. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

For guests wanting to use the EV charging service, an £80 car charge deposit will be taken by bank transfer 2 weeks prior to your stay, directly with the owner.
The electricity usage to the car charger is metered; the meter will be read at the beginning and end of your stay and you will be refunded by bank transfer the difference between the deposit and the actual reading – if usage is higher than the car charge deposit then any excess will be taken from the security deposit.
Electricity for this car charging only (electricity internal to the property is included in the cost of the stay) will be charged at 10p/kWh above the current rate at the time of your stay to cover installation and maintenance and you will be informed of the rate prior to paying the deposit. It is not permitted to charge a vehicle using a cable to an internal socket at the property.
There is a £200 security deposit payable by bank transfer, 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please contact the owner to arrange payment. The deposit will be refunded by BACS once the property has been checked.
