"Villa alle Cascine” is located in one of the most panoramic places in Imperia: “Le Cascine”, from which it takes its name. Just above the famous "Villa Grock", a beautiful villa from the early twentieth century, in Art Nouveau style, which is now the Grock "Clown Museum" (we recommend a visit!)

One double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed), and a sofa bed double in the living room.
Wonderful terrace with table and chairs, with panoramic sea-view over Oneglia.

There is not a private parking place at this property.
Parking is possible along the street, just a couple meters from the house. However, in this case, the road may get narrower (but it's not a heavily traffic street)
Alternatively, 200 meters from the house, by a small church, there is a small parking area.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 2€ per person, per day, only for the first 10 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
