Nice apartment for 5 people with garden, gazebo, wood burning oven, BBQ, table and chairs for al fresco dining.
5 meters diameter round pool, sunbeds.
3 kms from the beach of San Bartolomeo al Mare.
San Bartolomeo al Mare has beautiful sand and pebble beaches both free and equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas.
From here, you can easily reach other places and beaches (Diano Marina and its sand beach; Cervo and its rock beach perfect for snorkeling)

Please note that the owner lives on the property, in another apartment, but don't use the garden and the swimming pool. They will welcome you and show you the apartment.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Online Beschreibung sowie die Fotos sind absolut korrekt und geben die Realität wider, kein Windowdressing. Direkt nach der Buchung hat die italienische Agentur mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und uns alle relevanten Informationen (Anreise, Check-in, usw.) zukommen lassen, Kommunikationssprache englisch. Den Empfang vor Ort hat dann eine deutsch-sprachige Nachbarin durchgeführt, alles sehr freundlich, wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Zwischendurch wurde immer einmal wieder unaufdringlich nachgefragt, ob alles okay ist oder ob etwas fehlt. Der Check-out lief ebenso reibungslos und vertrauensvoll wie der gesamte Aufenthalt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man es ruhig und abseits der Touristenzentren mag. Sein Auto, das absolut notwendig ist, sollte man allerdings in der engen Zufahrt (die letzten 200m) sicher bewegen können, ist nichts für ängstliche Naturen.

A very beautiful House. We are a group of friends from London who had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful "Casa del Sole" for a week in August 2010. The house is run by "la signora Elvia", who is a lovely host. The house is in a very tranquil spot with a beautiful garden, fully equipped for barbecues, and a pretty swimming pool that we had all to ourselves! This was indeed a very relaxing holiday and we would love to return. We highly recommend this to others users of this web site.

Perfect Vacation. This house is amazing. Everything was perfect from the beginning. Our questions before booking this place were answered really fast. The booking was easy and without complications which is always a good start into the holidays. The owners of the house are a lovely family. They welcomed us and made us feel like beeing at home. They prepared an extra basket full of Italian specialties. Wine, Pasta, local food. It was a great welcome. Whenever we needed something they helped us. The house is nice and there is enough space outside especially for kids. The garden is big, also there is a nice pool to hang out. The house has also everything. Microwave, Sandwichmaker etc. The beach is only 5 minutes away with the car. I know I will come back with my family! Thanks for the great time!

Heerlijk. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in San Bartalomeo. Vlakbij de hectiek van en gezelligheid van een kustplaats en toch in alle rust. Echt een heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Volop privacy en natuurlijk een heerlijk privé zwembad. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is fantastisch. Een aanrader waar we zelf ook nog wel eens terugkomen. Wij waren met 3 kinderen van 3-6 en 8 jaar.

Warm welcome to a nice apartment with great pool. We received a very warm welcome to the apartment. The owners live on site and this was only a positive. They were very kind to our two girls and always available to help with suggestions for day trips. The apartment is clean and well stocked and maintained. The real plus is the garden and pool. While the pool is small, it is perfect for children. The garden has lots of good furniture and plenty of shade. We were not too fond of the local beach (very busy) but the location was close to all we needed. It meant we made the most of all at the apartment. The barbecue area is very impressive with a pizza oven which our hosts were happy to light and help us use. A real thanks to Valentina - again our welcome was great. We wish you well.

First of all sorry for my bad English.... we stayed at Casa del Sole in summer 2013 and we really loved this location. The garden is wonderful and the small pool funny. All is very clean. A beautiful holiday. I’ve visited San Bartolomeo together with our friends – three families with children from 2 to 12. Very friendly and comfortable house with nice garden and small swimming pool . Very helpful hostess. Very good place to visit Liguria, take a bike trips (very nice bike track from San Lorenzo to San Remo and nearby the apartment in the mountains) and spend some time .on the beach (nice sandy beach is located in Diano Marina about 5 km from apartment). I strongly recommend Casa del Sole for spending summer vacation.

Great place for vacation. We spent great vacation there. The apartment is comfortable, fully equipped and very clean. The garden is big and gorgeous, the swimming pool is not very big, but clean and excellent for children. Owners are friendly and very helpful. Area is peaceful and with nice landscape. You have the sea and the mountains at the same time. Beach in San Bartolomeo is gravel, but is not a problem as sandy beach is in Diano Marina (2km further).

We are two British families and we rented the appartaments of “Casa del Sole” in september. The appartments are beautifully presented and lack nothing. The garden is very sweet and the little swiming pool is great fun! Our free wireless internet access was very useful and enabled us to work even during the holidays!! In comparison with other appartments which we have found in the past, the “Casa del Sole “ offers true value for money, being more beautiful and better value. We thoroughly enjoyed them, and would recomend them immediately!

Lovely Place :) Very warm atmosphere, everything is in place for convinient vacation. Friendly and helpful hostess - help comes immediately, if needed. No disturbance or inconvinience. 2 km from the sea, but easy access either by bysicle or by car. Very good location to travel around Liguria and further in Italy or France.
