Enjoying a peaceful rural setting and surrounded by open farmland, this lovely detached cottage has been sympathetically renovated, furnished and equipped to a good standard to ensure as comfortable and relaxing holiday as possible. Just a few miles from the bustling village of Muir of Ord, Glebe Cottage makes the perfect base for relaxing and also exploring the many delights this lovely part of the Northern Highlands has to offer. Inverness, the Highland Capital, with its large variety of shops, museums, cinema and theatre, coupled with great places to eat is a must. Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield and Fort George are also within a short drive. Take a trip along the Moray coastline, recently voted in the top twenty coastal destinations in the world, and visit some of the beautiful coastal villages dotted along the coast. Take a trip along the Moray Whisky Malt Trail, the only one of its kind in the world. You can also take day trips to experience the stunning scenery of the west coast and the Isle of Skye, or the Cairngorms National Park, all within easy driving distance. Travel north to explore the many unspoilt beaches and coastal inlets of Caithness and Sutherland. Mountain biking, golf, fishing, horseriding, walking and hill climbing are just a few of the many activities available in the area. For the less energetic sit back, relax and unwind in front of the wood burner in the cosy living room. Many happy memories will be made at Glebe Cottage. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
