Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating (underfloor on ground floor, radiators on first floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood buner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. . Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. 1 small dog welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. This delightful, rural detached cottage is located on a quiet working farm, perched in the hills of the Snowdonia National Park near Betws-y-Coed, this makes a wonderful place for a holiday. There is a spacious living/dining room with a warming wood burner for cosy nights in, and a good sized garden for relaxing in with a glass of wine. With walks from the door, it’s only a few minutes drive to the pretty ‘alpine’ village of Betws-y-Coed, with its range of individual shops, nestled in the Gwydyr Forest. Families will love the Zipworld Fforest tree top nets, or you can venture to Blaenau Ffestiniog, home of the largest zip wire zone in the world, and the famous Ffestiniog Railway. In the other direction, just beyond the market town of Llanrwst, is Surf Snowdonia, the world’s first artificial surfing lagoon – worth popping in for a coffee to watch the surfing action! Further afield is historic Conwy with its majestic Edward I castle (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno offering the Great Orme and a whole host of family activities, from tramway and cable car rides, to the wonderful Venue Cymru theatre. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 2 miles.
