With its own outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and cinema there’s no reason to leave, but with a stunning beach less than half a mile away, you’ll need to peel yourself away to explore this superb area. This large detached property has spacious reception rooms for larger parties. The living room has comfortable seating for everyone to sit, relax and reminisce with a glass of wine. Patio doors open out on to the large enclosed garden where you will find the fenced outdoor pool and hot tub to relax in. The local area is packed with things to see and do including Pleasurewood Hills theme park just a 10-minute walk away, the southern entrance to the Norfolk Broads at Oulton Broad, 3 miles, Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, 10 miles, and Somerleyton Hall with surrounding Fritton Woods, 4 miles. Beach 350 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 350 yards.

We had a great time at The Beech House.

We had a great time at The Beech House. It is a well catered for property in a great location. The kids absolutely loved the cinema room and pool. Watching their favourite YouTube videos will never look the same on their tablets/tvs again. The hot tub was lovely. There was also direct access to a recreational ground next door with football pitch and child's play area. Would definitely return.

Lovely large house ,well equipped kitchen ,comfy beds, hot tub, heated swimming pool, just warm enough but it was October! Cinema room fab.. the girls loved it....nice area, lots of walks, beach lovely, local store handy and bigger shops close by. There was 6 of us so enough toilets but i feel if there are 8 guests maybe another downstairs toilet would be good, but overall a very good holiday.

Great Family Weekend Away

Accomodation very good , spacious and very clean , perfect for our family, the pool and hot tub were excellent with the cinema room an added bonus, will definately recommend to our friends and family. Matt also kept me informed of all the detail required. A memorable visit for our bank holiday weekend. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay and the owner was there to welcome us and fix issues he'd found before we'd arrived. The facilities were great although there were some items we missed which we've reported to the owner. The pool, whilst it no longer has the slide, was fabulous and we used it all the time (we had fantastic weather all week). The owner has kindly bought five larger inflatables to compensate for the slide being removed. The hot tub was also well used. (I recommend that the website description is changed because it reads as though the playing field is included with the property facilities when actually it is a public facility which is accessed by a rear gate. It would be less misleading to say 'access to public playing field via rear gate' at the end of the online details. Photos of the pool with the slide should be replaced). We had to secure the entrance gate to the property and the swimming pool gate with extra measures to prevent a toddler and dog getting out/in but this did not detract from the lovely garden and facilities. We would recommend this property as the pool, hot tub, TV in the bath and cinema room were great features, and the proximity to the sea and tourist attractions made it a prime location.
