Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric storage heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Use of owner’s freezer. Enclosed patio area with garden furniture. Hot tub (private). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring.. Hot tub. With views over the village towards the Aire Valley, and a fabulous hot tub, this spacious single storey detached holiday lodge is ideal for families.
Situated on a working sheep farm it is within walking distance of the village where you’ll find a children’s park and a railway station with regular trains to Skipton and Leeds. There are 2 pubs within a 3-4 minute walk. There are plenty of walks direct from the door, with the Pennine Way running past the farm offering a multitude of picturesque walks.
The market town of Skipton is just 3 miles away, known as the ’Gateway to the Dales’ where you will find shopping, a Norman castle and canal boat trips. Close by is picturesque Bolton Abbey, lovely to explore and stroll through the woodland alongside the river at any time of the year. Shop 750 yards, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
