Patio with sitting-out area, picnic table, barbecue and firepit. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the grounds.. This delightful, single-storey, detached holiday cottage is set amidst the owners’ mature Cornish gardens, with access to a wildlife pond and koi pond where you can feed the fish. Contemporary and cosy with wood burner, plus private gardens, it offers a central, rural retreat for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Near to the beautiful and dramatic North Cornwall Coast with Padstow, Newquay, Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay all being close by. Dog-friendly beaches and great surf locations abound. The south coast has many National Trust houses and sub-tropical gardens such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. Cycling the Camel Trail, cliff top walks, award winning restaurants and vineyard are all easily accessible. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Beautiful property set in a beautiful rural Part of Cornwall. Accommodation was spotless and smelled amazing!It was the little things like added dog bed with treats and a ball , these little things mean a lot ! We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and would recommend anyone stopping here

The attractive cottage is just for two people (and dog/s) but has everything you need for a week's stay and is well placed for many of Cornwall's interesting places and visitor attractions. The owners are helpful and friendly. The garden is not enclosed but there is a nature reserve a few yards down the road where dogs can be walked. There are also many good places to go with or without dogs within half an hour's drive including beaches such as Watergate Bay, places to visit in Newquay, Padstow, Bodmin and St Austell.

Lovely stay

The property was clean, well equipped and as described. Ideal central location for all tourist attractions. Lovely friendly hosts who were so helpful. The information pack provided was very informative. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too. We intend to revisit again.
