A well-appointed, single storey cottage, close to the pretty village of St. Merryn and a short drive to the picturesque harbour of Padstow.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children.. The seven sandy beaches of St. Merryn Parish, dot the nearby coastline which are used by several surf schools, and are all within 3 miles of the property. This pretty, well-appointed, detached, holiday home has been fitted and furnished with style and the sea at Harlyn Bay can be glimpsed from the window. It has a lovely, well-designed bedroom, with a spacious bathroom leading from it. The open plan living area is ideal for a couple who are looking for a romantic break or simply wanting to get away from it all in the beautiful, rolling countryside of North Cornwall. Situated on the owner’s farm, the cottage is close to the village of St. Merryn, with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants, which in itself, is only a short drive from the picturesque harbour of Padstow. Travelling up the coast, you will find the market town of Wadebridge, which is known as the gateway to the Camel Trail, Polzeath with its famous surfing beach, Port Isaac, the home of Doc Martin and the bustling village of Tintagel, the birthplace of King Arthur. Further down the coast is Newquay with its surfing beaches, zoo and aquarium and inland you will find the World Heritage Site of Bodmin Moor with its’ rugged and unspoilt moorland. The town of Padstow and seven lovely beaches are within 3 miles, and the local pub, Rick Steins ’The Cornish Arms’ is just a short walk away. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
