I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the location, as well as the pool and patio area, and that the linens, bedding, and mattresses met your expectations. I would like to clarify that the plastic utensils are intended for use by the pool area only, for safety reasons. In general, I aim to keep the use of plastic to a minimum, both personally and in my vacation home. This includes box openers (metal) At the same time, I take your other comments seriously and will review the points you raised regarding equipment, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure the standard is where it should be. It would also have been very helpful if any issues or misunderstandings could have been raised during your stay, so I had the opportunity to address them right away. In particular, I would have greatly appreciated being informed immediately if the brakes on the bicycles were not functioning properly, as that is something I take very seriously.
