Beautiful rustic style villa for your holiday in Lanzarote, with beautiful garden and private pool close to the beach and golf course in Costa Teguise.
This villa offers all its comforts on one floor: two bedrooms with a double bed each, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with bathtub, another bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room with dining table and kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a laundry room.
The outdoor area offers a terrace with dining table and sun loungers, as well as a garden and a private swimming pool.
The house offers a safe, washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI, satellite TV and a DVD player.
The price is calculated according to the bedrooms used, understanding that each bedroom is occupied with two persons.
Intermediate cleaning with change of clothes for stays of more than 10 nights
Deposit of 200 €.
