Newly refurbished double room in a family house with comfortable double bed. Very clean, cosy and relaxing atmosphere with privacy and quiet. New private bathroom with shower. Perfect for short or long stay. Free off street parking. Amenities: Essentials, Kitchen, Heating, Hangers, Iron, Hot water, TV, Lock on bedroom door, Wireless Internet, Laptop friendly workspace, Free off street parking Smoke detector, First aid kit . Also there is no cooking. Standard rate for one guest £55 and Two guests £75 daily rate. Every other different day prices £20 will be added for the second guest.
