This tastefully decorated town home is perfect for families and groups wanting to be close to the lifts, shopping, and night life of Breckenridge. You'll love the gorgeous vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful natural light. 3 minute walk through peaceful neighborhood to Quicksilver lift, 1.5 blocks from town. With outdoor hot tubs and swimming pool, this is the perfect year round mountain getaway. With Alexa for music!

The Space:
This unique town home has an open floor plan on the main living area (2nd floor) with gorgeous wood vaulted ceilings, outdoor patio, floor-to-ceiling windows and tons of natural light. 1st floor has mud room, 2 bathrooms, bedroom with queen bed, master bedroom with king bed and walk out patio. 3rd floor is the loft with 2 twin beds, and sleeper futon.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire town home (excluding owners' closet), with 2 parking spaces (additional parking nearby). Beautiful outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Right outside the home is the walking path to town and Quicksilver ski lift with Maggie's Bar and Grill for apres ski. Just a few minutes walk to the lift (base of Peak 9) or town for restaurants and Main Street shopping.

The Neighborhood:
Located a block and a half South of town in a charming neighborhood at the base of Peak 9. It includes free use of everything in the recently renovated Motherlode swimming area, in a tree-lined community that's very quiet and private. A neighborhood stroll takes you to Maggie Pond. Throughout the year you'll also be able to find a number of special events held in the area. Overlooking the pond is Maggie's Restaurant which offers a laid-back Colorado atmosphere at the base of the Quicksilver Chair on Peak 9. A great place to start & end your day on the mountain; The Maggie features a scenic deck, Coffee Bar, Outdoor BBQ (weather permitting), & full bar.

The home is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens. Laundry facilities are located in the building.

**Check in after 4pm. Check out by 10am. Reservation and payment must be made by an adult 25 years or older.

My friends & I enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It was spacious, clean, had a well equipped kitchen and was convenient to the slopes and town. Jimmy was super responsive to all inquiries and very accommodating. I would most definitely consider staying here again on a return visit!!

Comfortable & Cozy condo in a great location!

Owner responded quickly to every question & even helped us navigate a potential dangerous situation in getting to the airport. Living room has great flopping space for a family of six! The kitchen is very well stocked. They even had a Xmas tree for the holidays. Only two small items we wish were different. The laundry is outside & down in basement of building & takes quarters(these are hard to get, bring your own) and floors are squeaky. Our kids are tall & made a lot of noise walking around while we tried to sleep on bottom floor. (Just turn up white noise) We would definitely all stay there again!

A+ location and space!

Convenient location, just a walk away from Main Street and all Breck has to offer! We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Great loft for kids on the top floor. 3 baths made it perfect for our family and parents to ensure enough space. Hot tubs and pool were open and kiddos enjoyed them! We enjoyed our stay and Jimmy was quick with communication for anything we needed.

Great 4th of July week

Totally enjoyed our week in Breckenridge with our family. The condo was perfect for us and did not disappoint. Perfect spot for us to celebrate the 4th. The location cannot be beat. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , fully stocked kitchen and very comfy living room. Loved it all.

The place was very cute, nice size, well kept for how old it is, kitchen is fully stocked. The third bedroom is not enclosed as it is a loft with two beds on the third floor. Place was clean (some minor cleaning needed to be done on our part to ensure high touch areas were thoroughly cleaned). Location was great, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Host was very responsive prior to visit, pool is very close to unit (1 minute walk) which was nice.

Perfect Property

Perfect location, perfect layout and perfect supplies! This condo had everything we were looking for. Easy, easy walk to the slopes, perfect layout for multi families and everything we needed was supplied. I will definitely look to book this same condo again. Thanksgiving in Breck at the Christiana

The townhome was as described and we had a wonderful time during Thanksgiving week skiing and sightseeing. The property is an easy walk to Peak 9 and there were plenty of places to rent equipment. Having the 3 levels gives everyone a sense of privacy and quiet if you wanted it. The extra's in the kitchen came in very handy and we left a few as well for the next family. Used the sleds to go to Carter Park for an afternoon-- they are a bit banged up but they work and get the job done for sledding fun! Thanks Jimmy for your prompt responses and great vacation location!

Spacious and Well Appointed

The property was as described. The location was slightly farther to town than expected, but the walk back was needed after we found a great ice cream place! The owner was responsive at check-In, when I could not find the email with details. I had a question later, however, and never received a response. The hot tubs, which there are several, were only luke warm and closed early (8:00 PM). This was not the property owner’s fault, but a disappointment none the less. It was nice to have all we needed to cook and eat together and the condo has a great selection of cooking tools, utensils, spices and kitchen supplies. Towels and linens were plentiful as well.

Clean, quaint condo very close to Main st.

The condo is close to town. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I have 3 boys and wash a lot of clothes and there was no washer/dryer in the unit. You have to walk down the end of the building to get to the $3.50 a load to wash.(luckily it was not hard to get the washer/dryer because there weren’t many people) The pool was not open at night (closed at 6) and that is when we were back and ready to swim. It was comfortable and clean. Thank you.

We had a great stay and loved Breckenridge. The house was very well equipped and clean. There was even everything we needed for our young children which is a bonus and not common in most holiday houses. The location is great and very easy to walk to the lift and also to town. We enjoyed using the hot tub area too. I would definitely recommend this property.
