Our stay at the Skaneateles carriage house was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was a short walk into town, which was exactly what we wanted. We were out and about so much and my only regret was not getting to chat with the owners more. They seemed so nice.

We loved staying in this delightful carriage house. The furnishings are charming, homey, and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The shower had great water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. We very much appreciated the washer and dryer. A major bonus was the location! We were able to walk to all of the wonderful restaurants and shops in town. It was so easy to get to our friends’ home on Griffin Street. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy, as was communication with the hosts. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Skaneateles.

We enjoyed the peaceful backyard and sitting on the deck. Perfect location to walk into town, walk our dogs and lots of excellent food close. The hosts Kate & Sebastian were very accommodating, friendly and communicated immediately. We are looking forward to returning to the carriage house!

Wonderful place to stay. Has everything you need and then some. Owners are very friendly, accommodating and available if needed. Very convenient to the village center - I walked in at least once every day, and often twice or more. Loved the balcony and large yard, especially for the view. Bedding was comfortable, as was the living room area. I stayed by myself and had plenty of room. With a larger group, having only one bathroom might be challenging, but it just depends on the guests and their preferences and expectations.

Cozy and clean

We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our weekend. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a parking spot just for us, there was plenty of hot water in the shower - just perfect!

This place was a perfect size for four people and our dog. Kate (the host) was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. She even helped us with our full itinerary. It was a short walk to get into town. The house was immaculate and it had everything we needed.

Fall getaway to Skaneatelis by way of Carriage House

The accommodations were tastefully decorated and furnished. The expansive backyard was a favorite for our dog. The property owner was very responsiveness to our needs. Convenient location to shops and restaurants.
