Entering the property you are welcomed into a shall hallway with a wood burning stove and open space living area and kitchen. Dual aspect windows ensure lots of light and an airy atmosphere with lovely lake views.
Comfortable living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen offer the perfect atmosphere to ensure social living. A great social space to cook and share an aperitivo!

One large double bedroom, one twin - that can be pushed together to make a double so good for tow couples too!

The double bedroom is to the front of the house and also has a bit of a lake view. A large room with ample wardrobes and a large double bed, 160x200
The twin room has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double.

Across the hall from the twin is the large bathroom, basin, wc and large shower and also further basin area.

The outside space is just outside the main door, offers table and chairs and a lake view!


Easy connections to Menaggio both by foot and by bike (approx. 5km) however Acquaseria is well served with a grocer, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop stocking Lake Como specialities, wine on tap or Enoteca plus a few cafes and two restaurants.

Lovely beaches only a short walk away and a public BBQ and picnic area just below the house, by the lake making it easy to take advantage of the outdoor lifestyle of Lake Como.
