T3 duplex apartment of 60 m2 on the top floor of a luxury residence in the Golden Triangle at the foot of the lighthouse, 2 minutes walk from St Jean Street and 10 minutes from the beach. In excellent condition, It also benefits from a large terrace with stunning views! Southeast exposure. It proposes entrance, stay with us kitchen (new) equipped, room with bunk beds, bathroom, separated toilet, on the floor room with bed 2 people, numerous tidying up. Bike room in the residence. Deposit required upon arrival of an amount of 500 € by check or cash refundable on the day of departure. Linen and towels provided included in the price.
