Beautiful house in vicinity of Vagia beach, just next to Kampos bay - situated appr. 200m from the sea (walking over fields - no roads in between).

Large property (4500m²) with several bungalows that offer room for 9people. No direct access to the public road (road is 250m away from the house). 5 sepate sleeping rooms (“bungalows”), 4 bathrooms, several terraces with breathtaking views and one main building (with dining&living room and kitchen).

The house consists of a number of small buildings , which are
- one main building (where the living area, the kitchen, the dining area and one main terrace with tables, couches etc. are situated)
- one master bungalow (large room with one double bed, separate office space, separate bathroom and large terrace)
- two bungalows (with double beds and separate bath rooms and terraces)
- one (small) bungalow (double bed, no separate bath room)
- one single room (single bed with bath room)

The house has been newly built 15 years ago.

The house has no direct access to the public road. The house is about 250m away from the public road. You will need to park your car - a short walk way leads to the house.

The beach of Vagia is only 200m away from the property (no roads in between).

What makes this property unique

Our house in Patmos is located in the bay of Vagia next to one of the most charming and quiet beaches of the island. The beach of Vagia is only 200m (2min walk) away from our house (crossing fields - no roads in between). It takes less than 5mins by car to reach Kambos beach (George's Place), the Twin beaches or Livadi Geranou.

We have designed the house to perfectly meet our family's needs for a relaxing summer vacation. We are a family of 8 (my wife and I, our two sons, their wives and our two beautiful grandchildren).

The house is spacious - every bungalow has its own terrace, most of them have their own bathrooms. The main building with its large terrace is the perfect spot for family meals, dinners parties and to enjoy a sundowner with a view of the sea and the monastery of Hora.
