Very nice 4 bedroom property located a few minutes walk from Rawai beach and only a few minutes drive from Nai Harn beach. Close to all amenities such as banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, local fresh produce and fish markets.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We will be at the property for check-in and check-out.
We are at your disposal in case of problems during your stay.
A deposit of 500 euros will be required upon your arrival, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, electricity is not expensive at all in Phuket, only 5 Baht Kw.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony.
Flexible entry and exit times if possible.
No supplement to pay for additional guests if the maximum capacity of the property is respected.
