8 Fairway Club - Golf Course & Pond Views - Owner 6 Passenger Cart Incl.

**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**

8 Fairway Club offers easy access with just a few steps to inside & then all rooms on 1 floor. The den & dining are open concept. The kitchen is accessed from the dining room & has a large window opening between it & the den. There is an outside area with a grill. 2 decks both offer a table & chairs. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, flat screen TV & attached full bath with shower tub combo. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed & flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 offers 2 bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom & twin beds on the top. There is also a flat screen TV in this room. Bath 2 can be accessed on 1 side from Bedroom 2 & just in the hall from Bedroom 3. Each Bedroom accesses into a vanity area & shares a tub shower combo between the 2 vanity areas.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

Unfortunately I booked late and this was only option to fit family for 4 days. Definitely needs a really deep cleaning and interior is 20 years behind at least. Good location with tons of upside potential.

Perfect home in beautiful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in BJ’s beautiful property! It’s located right on the golf course where you can see gators every morning but they’re not in your yard (safe distance). The home had exactly what we needed to cook and enjoy every second of our time on the island rather than driving to eat every night. Our little ones (5 and 7) loved the bunk room and there were even movies in the home we could enjoy on the rainy day we had. We had an issue with the air which BJ promptly handled and had us all fixed up! I would recommend this property to anyone with kiddos or just looking for a lovely get away in general!

Needs a deep cleaning

Great time at Fripp Island but was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the property. I believe they clean the bathrooms, linens, and high touch surfaces but the Dan in the kitchen was black with grime, oven and stovetop were dirty, food stains on cabinet that we wiped off with a wipe, and badly stained carpets. Seemed like the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. I am not a clean freak but it was disheartening when you pay a cleaning fee only to come in and have to clean it yourself before you can use it. Short staff maybe but we didn’t arrive until Tuesday so the regular rush to flip condos for the next occupant should not have been a factor.

Unclean

Upon arrival, we felt the house had not been cleaned. All of the beds were unmade, sheets left in dryer, all bundled up. Trash left in the bathroom, and toothpaste spit left in the master sink. The popcorn ceiling was falling down in the hall bath, which we had to sweep everyday. We had to pick up trash every AM due to poor closure of the trash cans and I am assuming raccoons who rummaged through during the night. The carpet was very stained. After contacting the property manager, she was very nice and offered to have cleaning crew come. They did bring new linen and towels and the toilette items that were originally supposed to be there on arrival. We love Fripp. This does not discourage us from staying on the island. However, we won’t be visiting 8 Fairway Club Drive next time.

Nice house few small things could make it great

Kitchen utensils could be updated and added too, small maintenance to home nothing major. One suggestion would be a door on master bathroom and walk-in shower would be great
