About this property

New New Flat Sole e Luna

The apartment is rented in a newly built residence and is composed as follows: on the ground floor there are well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower and living room.
On the second floor there are 1 room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed and 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Also available to our guests is a private garage.
And close to parks, beautiful scenic views, restaurants and the beach. You will like it for these reasons: the atmosphere and the location. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). We are only 700 meters from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Peschiera D/G and the first equipped beach. The big parks Gardaland, Caneva and Movieland reachable by free shuttles from the station.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at Sole e Luna. Close to everything, and super clean and spacious The apartment was very cool and gave us much needed respite from the heat. The only slight disappointment was the pool, but it still.managed to cool us down. We would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great place to sleep and cook!

Most activities kept us out and about. Which makes this place perfect. There is no comfortable seating. Paola was attentive, helpful, professional and well prepared when needed.

Perfect stay

We were very happy to spend 3 days in Peschiera. The apartment is really nice. It’s really convenient to arrive with the car in the parking lot with direct access to the apartment. It’s big enough to welcome lots of guests, the pool was really cool with our kids because it was not too deep they really liked it. Paola was always available and answered quickly if we had any questions. You can walk about 10 minutes to get to old city, to lake shuttles. We recommend it for families ! Thanks a lot

A night in Pescheria del Garda

Property was very clean and in close proximity to the town so easy to walk to dinner. Beds were comfortable and bathroom very nice although not on the same floor as the bedrooms. So if you have to get up in the middle of the night its a little tricky! Also I missed the directions to the actual unit as I didn't look at all the pictures ;) I had to ask a neighbor for help and he took us directly to the door in the garage. It would be helpful to have the actual unit number in the instructions as well. It was very nice having parking right by the door making it very easy to unload luggage. We would recommend this property. :)

Die Lage des Hauses war gut. Auch die Größe der Wohnung hat uns gefallen. Super war die Tiefgarage, von der man direkten Zugang zur Wohnung hatte. Auch der wirklich riesige Kellerraum war für uns ideal für Fahrräder, Fahrradanhänger, Autodachbox etc.hat alles rein gepasst. Allerdings nur 1 kleines Bad im EG ohne wirkliche Ablagemöglichkeiten für Badutensilien. Zu dritt etwas schwierig und nervig. Auch die Sauberkeit von Bad und Küche sind ausbaufähig. Die Küchenschränke waren schon sehr mitgenommen für eine vermeintlich neue Küche. Die Ausstattung der Küche war aber sehr gut. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Barstühle waren schon teilweise an der Lehne aufgerissen und kaputt. Die große Theke war ideal zum Essen. Wir hätten uns allerdings noch zur Couch vielleicht einen Couchtisch zum Ablegen von Handy etc. gewünscht. Schlafräume sind sehr geräumig und viele Verstaumöglichkeiten in Form von Schränken und Regalen vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr groß und auch bequem. Auch die große eingezäumte Terrasse war super. Es war ein Esstisch mit Stühlen und auch eine Loungegruppe zum Entspannen da. Alles in allem schon o.k. mit Potential nach oben für den Preis.

Es war okay, die ersten 2Tage ging die Klimaanlage nicht, nach mehrfachen daraufhin weißen würde sie repariert...das heißt wir kamen vom Marktbesuch heim und hatten auf einmal Leute bei uns in dem Appartement.... geputzt musste auch noch werden da überall noch Haare und andere Sachen rum Lagen!Möbel waren teilweise alt und defekt. Und wenn ich ehrlich bin hätte ich gerne ein Teil des Geldes zurück erstattet. Fotos fot!

Wunderschöner erholsame Ferien

Ein sehr schönes ,sauberes und zentral gelegenes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt . Eine schöne Terrasse und das Schwimmbad auf dem Gelände fanden wir auch sehr schön. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Huis met tuintje dat omheind is. Heerlijke airco boven. Op een locatie dichtbij het meer en het dorpscentrum. Alleen tuinmeubilair erg onconfortabel. Auto kun je parkeren op een priveplek in de parkeergarage

Sehr nette Gastgeber

Ein paar Tage vor Anreise haben wir die letzten Informationen bekommen inklusive vorschläge für Unternehmungen. Wohnung war sauber und so wie auf dem Inserat zu sehen. Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut. Eigentümerin hat mir immer zeitnah auf Fragen geantwortet. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage, 10 min bis zur Altstadt

Wir haben uns im Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war sehr gut, nicht abseits und auch nicht mitten im Trubel. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Der Check und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin liefen super, Tiefgarage und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Der Außenbereich könnte gemütlicher gestaltet werden, die Sitzgelegenheiten sind unbequem und ohne ordentliche Auflagen. Der Tisch ist für 5 Personen zu klein und es sind nicht genügend Stühle vorhanden um draußen zu Essen. Der Pool gehört zur kompletten Anlage und ist für eine kurze Erfrischung ausreichend. Ein paar Liegen am Pool wären schön.

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet. Mit zwei Klimaanlagen war das schlafen nachts kein Problem. Eine schöne Terrasse mit einer Sitzecke und einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen im Freien inklusive Sonnenschirm war vorhanden. Diese wurde hauptsächlich von uns benutzt. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Baby. Hat prima gepasst. Jedoch bei Regen, den wir zum zum Glück nur zweimal hatten, fehlt im Haus ein Tisch mit Stühlen. Es gibt eine Theke mit Barhockern an der Küche, welche man zum Essen benutzen kann. Für gemeinsame Spiele ist das aber sehr unpraktisch. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber funktionsfähig. Es gibt einen großen Kellerraum der sehr praktisch war. Das Schwimmbad war sehr klein, aber für sich zu erfrischen hat es gereicht. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub dort 😃.

Wunderschönes Appartement in bester Lage

Wir waren 8 Tage in Paolas Appartement zu Gast. Ein wunderschönes Appartement in einer ruhig gelegenen Anlage; nur ca 10 Minuten Fußweg von Peschiera Altstadt entfernt. Das Appartement ist toll ausgestattet, hat eine große Terrasse und bietet jede Menge Platz! Paola ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin und wir hatten einen unkomplizierten Check in und netten Kontakt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 👌!

Von der Tiefgarage kommt man direkt in den großen Kellerraum, in dem man sogar Fahrräder und das aufgeblssene Boot und Luftmatratzen lagern kann. Riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, komplett ausgestattet mit ausreichendem Geschirr. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super große Terrasse zum Essen, Spielen und Chillen. Einzig der Internetzugang könnte besser sein. Ansonsten ein Top Appartement 👍👍👍

Eine Nacht am Gardasee

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen Wohnanlage, es gibt einen Fahrzeugstellfläche in der Tiefgarage, und man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Strand des Gardasees. Von der Terrasse haben wir uns mehr grün versprochen. Besonders negativ war dass für 6 Personen nicht ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden ist; es wurden offensichtlich einfach irgendwelche billigen Plastikbecher oder geschenkte Überbleibsel in die Küche gestellt. Die Einrichtung machte insgesamt keinen hochwertigen Eindruck. Für eine Nacht war es OK. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt mittels Zahlenschloss & Code, das Ein- und Auschecken hat somit hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Beschreibung dazu war ausreichend und wurde rechtzeitig versendet.

Hello Thomas, I’m very disappointed about your review because what you wrote is not true: in the apartment there is a complete ceramic plate service for 12 people in the belief in living room, many glasses and cups. You could phone me if you didn’t find it... Even the furniture is of a high standard, both the kitchen and the beds. The garden is as seen in the photos on Homeaway site so you couldn't find it greener than that. I advise you that the next time you will write a review try to know the entire property where you are! Have a good life!
