- If you want to enjoy a quiet family holiday and unforgettable in the months of June, July, August or September, in a quiet cove and where your children play at street level then THIS IS YOUR HOUSING !!.
- If you want to live in a very quiet place in the months of autumn, winter and spring, be able to take a bath in those months, enjoy a marked bridge or spend a long season, then THIS IS YOUR HOUSING !!.
- It is a terraced duplex of 188 m2 just 30 meters from the beach.
The doors of the rooms have locks and will be opened according to occupancy:
* From 1 to 4 people, the tenants will have 2 rooms as they wish. The other two rooms will remain closed.
* For the 5th and 6th person will open the third desired room.
* For the 7th and 8th person will open the fourth room.
The living room and all the rooms have Air Conditioning and Heating
