Not what we expected - outdated, deffered maintenance

The house was disapointment, differed maintenance noticed : stained walls and ceilings, dirty, sticky kitchen drawers to the point that is was gross to use anything without rewashing it. At the arrival: Dishwasher was giving electrical shock until electrician installed ground, the shower was blocked until plumber unblocked it, the house smelled bad and was filthy until I asked for cleaning crew to come and wash it. It is not OK to neglect the house and rent it to people ... I will be making complaint and asking for partial refund. Very disappointing..

Schöner Freunde-/Familienurlaub in der Casa Cordoba

Wir haben in der "Casa Cordoba" einen sehr schönen 14-tĂ€gigen Urlaub mit einer befreundeten Familie mit 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder -> 10, 10, 11 und 13 Jahre alt) verbracht. Hier unsere positiven und negativen Anmerkungen: Positiv: + Lage des Hauses in ruhiger Wohngegend und Strand schnell, in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß (500 Meter), erreichbar. + Pool (Salzwasser!) hat eine schöne GrĂ¶ĂŸe von ca. 7x4m. Tiefste Stelle ca. 2,20 m, Pool ist sauber! -> wurde wöchentlich von Personal gecheckt (WasserqualitĂ€t) + Strand "Platja De l' Ardiaca" ist sehr schön und nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Klares Wasser und tolle Strandbar "km 0" + Supermarkt vom Campingplatz "Joan" direkt am Strand (toll, um schnell Snacks und GetrĂ€nke zu besorgen, aber auch FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbaguette u.Ă€.) + Außenanlagen am Haus rund um den Pool schön angelegt. Schöne Pflanzen /Blumen! Essenstisch unter Feigenbaum :-) + Lounge ĂŒberdacht und sehr schön fĂŒr gesellige Abende neben dem beleuchteten Pool + KĂŒche funktional. Geschirr, Besteck etc alles vorhanden. Große KĂŒhl- Gefrierkombination und Kaffeevollautomat vorhanden! + Klimaanlage hat verlĂ€sslich funktioniert! + Bei Problemen Agentur anrufen -> haben direkt reagiert Negativ: - tĂ€gliches Kehren des Außenbereichs wegen herabfallenden BlĂŒten, Laub, Feigen... - Licht im Außenbereich: Beide Bereiche (Lounge am Pool und Essenstisch) nur mit "Flutlicht" beleuchtet, was viel zu hell bzw. blendend ist. Einfach null gemĂŒtlich! Haben uns selber ein paar Kerzen besorgt. - Geruch in beiden BĂ€dern+ Waschmaschine ist sehr "muffig". Kann aber auch an der Luftfeuchtigkeit bzw Kanalisation liegen! - Zimmer/Betten (KleiderschrĂ€nke alle muffig!): Zimmer 1: 1 Doppelbett + SchiebetĂŒr mit Mini-Zimmer dahinter mit 1 Bett + ggf. Klappbett (sehr unbequem!) Zimmer 2: Schlafzimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten (aber zusammenschiebbar) + Kleiderschrank Zimmer 3: 1 Bad und Schlafzimmer mit Schrank mit ca 1,60 m Bett Wir hatten zwei Teenager und zwei 10 jĂ€hrige dabei......es war eigentlich zu wenig Platz bzw unbequem. Mit kleinen Kindern gut machbar ! - Lounge: Dort wurden einfach ein paar Bettlaken ĂŒber die sehr dĂŒnnen Polster gesteckt. Es war einfach unbequem, wir hatten unsere aufblasbaren Strandkissen im RĂŒcken, sonst wĂ€re es zu unbequem gewesen! Hier könnte man definitiv ein paar € fĂŒr qualitativ hochwertige Polster und abnehmbare und waschbare BezĂŒge investieren! - Außenliegen sind total fleckig und durchgesessen....da mag man sich ungern drauflegen

Very nice apartment - great location

Very nice and modern apartment with decent size pool. Well equipped and good air-conditioning in every room. Private and safe surroundings. Great location, just five minutes walk from the beach. Car necessary, however easy parking in front of the property.
