Large 120m² apartment located 150m from the beach, 250m from Puerto Marina and with all services nearby (supermarket, restaurants, bars, bus stop, pharmacy, etc.). All rooms are very spacious: a sunny room with southwest orientation, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the 18m² terrace facing south you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the marina. The house has free high speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning hot / cold in all rooms. There is a private parking space outside. There are special discounts for stays of 4 weeks or more (except July / August). Distances: Beach: 150m, Promenade: 150m, Supermarket: 150m, Bus stop: 100m, Restaurants and bars: 100m, Airport: 11km
