It was a wonderful place. It had everything we needed!! What a great house. The location was perfect because most places were walkable. Jared was great. Thank you!!
This was our 2nd stay at Owens Place. We have our family reunion once a year. House allowed our party of 10 to have enough space. A/C worked great. There were seperate units for each floor. We ate out or brought in take out so didn't do any cooking. Location was perfect. We rented golf carts & were able to travel all over old town. We hope to come back next year.
My family enjoyed the location, which it was near to downtown. The facilities are clean excellent air condition, good parking space. The communication between the facility manager and our family was excellent. The house needs Christmas lights, lol
Yes, we were met in person, which was new for us and we were able to check in early! Dissapointed that we couldn't use our fire pit, but we understand.
We had a wonderful stay! The house was fun and roomy. Great location! Parked the cars when we got there and was able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Check in was great, answered all my questions. When I think of old Victorian houses, I think of musty and dust. Not this house! The house smelled fresh and was spotless! I found myself trying to find a little dust or a cobweb.
Great location in historic St. Augustine area. We could walk everywhere. Stayed with the family including grandchildren and there was plenty of room for all. Nice outdoor area so the kids could get out and play too.
Very clean, someone meets you for check in which was nice. Jared showed us around the property and where everything was for our stay. We had 10 adults, the beds slept nice, AC worked great. Easy location to walk to downtown or to stumble back from downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved the property. It accommodates large groups and is a great location.
House was perfect for the number of people we had (5 couples)! Had everything we needed and plenty of parking for motorcycles and our car. Can walk downtown!
We had a very great time. The house was immaculate. You were given so many appliances that all of a sudden you saw and said oh, I could use this. the manager of the property If we text him he answered us immediately. I've stayed here once before with my family and I absolutely would stay again. We've been to your house twice now.
This is a very old home, but with lots of character. The house had all the supplies needed as well as a kitchen that was well stocked. Our family had a wonderful time together and enjoyed this home. The location is great, walking distance to good restaurants and to downtown,
The house was a great location for walking downtown and to sites. The home was clean and well equipped- multiple cooking areas, bedrooms, and bathing options. We loved our stay!
From Charles and Jess: We have lived in Saint Augustine since May of 2006. We are information technology professionals and love the "Salt Life" and historic setting that our nation's oldest city offers. Jess is a south Louisiana Cajun and Charles was born in Texas. Saint Augustine is like no other city in the nation. Come for a visit and kick back.
