We had a very great time. The house was immaculate. You were given so many appliances that all of a sudden you saw and said oh, I could use this. the manager of the property If we text him he answered us immediately. I've stayed here once before with my family and I absolutely would stay again. We've been to your house twice now.

Great location, perfect house for large groups

We had two families staying here for a wedding in St. Augustine. The location was great and the house was just as listed. Lots of sleeping options/arrangements worked for our large group. Ample parking, unlike some other houses nearby. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our Group

Three other couples and my wife and I rented this for a long weekend. We wanted each couple to have their own bathroom and we wanted to be walking distance to restaurants and bars. This house was perfect. Communication with the owners and property manager was easy and prompt. The house was well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation 2023

Our family is HUGE and there was plenty of room for all of us as well as the two dogs. There were enough beds and futons that everyone had a place to sleep. There was ample bedding, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. I enjoyed meeting Jess and learning about the history of the house. She has done a wonderful job of creating a very quaint and quirky place to stay. Our trip was very enjoyable. Thank you!

Unique Property with Great Location

Bottomline is that if you have a big family or group, there are 6 bedrooms and lots of spaces to spread out, not to mention lots of parking. Location is easy walking distance to The Ice Plant and St Augustine Fish Camp, both great. We had a wedding reception at The LIghtner Museum, so it was a great location for a lot of family. The property is definitely unique and quirky. It is one of the old houses that many people are buying and restoring in the area. There are a few that looked abandoned when we walked around and others brand new. We always felt safe. This place could use a good exterior paintjob, but inside was clean and had kitchens and closets that were packed with everything you need, from irons and ironing boards, to every utensil, coffee maker, coffee, filters, blow dryers, pillows, blankets, etc. The oddities, like the right angle sink in the upstairs kitchen, paint schemes, some strange small room areas, just make it a place you will remember. Nice patio out back and front and back upstairs porches. We had a great time.

Very clean, someone meets you for check in which was nice. Jared showed us around the property and where everything was for our stay. We had 10 adults, the beds slept nice, AC worked great. Easy location to walk to downtown or to stumble back from downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for large group!

Twelve people in multiple families (ages 17-80's) in St. Augustine to attend a wedding. Two large bedrooms (king beds) with attached (private) baths (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Multiple other bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs) shared 2 household bathrooms. But there was plenty of room for all. Historic old house so some rooms were charmingly quirky as would be expected. Floors and room to room thresholds have some small bumps and unevenness as expected from a historic house. Close to many stores, restaurants, shops and downtown. Eighty year old parents were easily able to walk there and shop, though one set of parents chose to Uber back after shopping. Hosts were able accommodate our slightly late checkout so we didn't need to spend extra time waiting at the airport. Cool old house with lots of room

Group of friends exploring St Augustine. Excellent location we could walk to most attractions. Huge house, we all had our own room with a few shared baths. The host was very accommodating and met us for a walk through as we arrived. The only reason not 5 stars is the house is very old and quirky, lots of stairs, uneven surfaces, outdated plumbing. If you don’t mind or like antique you will love this place.
