Independent cottage, near owner's house, ground floor, air-conditioned, for a couple without children, no animals. Free WIFI internet access, HIFI, and safe.
Very calm. Comprising 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, 1 shower room, TV lounge, equipped kitchen, washing machine, oven, microwave, shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, deckchair, veranda with table and chairs lounge, garden and swimming pool in concrete, 8x4m depth 1. 50m. shared with the owners.
Free closed parking for the vehicle.
200 meters from all shops.

St Martin de Crau is a small Provencal village located in the heart of the Alpille region, rich in tourist sites: LES BAUX DE PROVENCE, St REMY de PROVENCE, NIMES, AVIGNON, ARLES la Camargue, the sea at 25 kms. Cottage located 5 minutes walk from the city center. Quiet in a residential area, fully equipped; a living room open to the kitchen and to the outside, with terrace, with barbecue, table and chairs overlooking the tiled swimming pool. Outside, olive tree, lawn, swimming pool and sunbathing. Automatic gate, private parking, safe.
Sheets and kitchen linen provided, beds made for your arrival. Possibility cleaning 65 euros, deposit 250 euros. Contact me by email for other periods.(Bath and toilet towels can be provided)
