Cas Fideuer - with private swimming pool

Spacious villa located in s’Aranjassa, just a few minutes from Palma and close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. This traditional-style property offers comfortable and functional accommodation for groups of up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and ample communal areas.



The house features a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, terrace, and private garden, all designed to make your stay relaxed and hassle-free.



Outside, you will find a large private swimming pool with sun loungers, a barbecue area, and a porch for outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying the sun and the Mediterranean climate. All bedrooms have air conditioning (hot/cold), and the villa also offers Wi‑Fi and central heating to suit any season.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in the living room and in tall bedrooms. It also has central heating.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in Cas Fideuer! Nice house and pool! Only thing is you have to take a taxi everywhere, so would recommend renting a car

Cas Fideuer

Visited Palma and stayed here. The property was nice. Loved the pool and game room. Near a bus stop. Construction going on made it hard to find, but after we found it we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Good Compromise

The house is big can cater for a group each one with his own room. Has everything you need, included the pool and barbecue and it is stategically located near the airport and within a short drive to Palma and the main beaches. Staff were always responsive in case of need. The house needs renovation. The overall feeling is that it is a bit worn out by time. Wifi connection works but does not cover all the house.

Leider nicht wie auf den Fotos

Ich bin kein Freund von negativen Bewertungen. Aber leider geht niemand auf meine Beschwerden ein. Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll..... Das positive: Kontakt, Check In und Matratzen sind super, jetzt hört es aber auch schon auf. Sauberkeit: schlecht Alles ist sehr gebraucht und abgenutzt. Stühle in der Küche sind so wackelig, dass man sich nicht traut sich darauf zu setzten. Das Geschirr musste vor dem Gebrauch nochmal gespült werden. Alle Wasserhähne im Haus angelaufen. In zwei Bädern waren Stockflecken (Schimmel) an der Decke. Aus allen Wasserleitungen kam Schmutz mit raus, kleine schwarze Krümel. Der Pool hatten einen grünen Rand und die Wand.und Bodenfarbe im Pool löst sich schon. Die Sonnenliegen teilweise kaputt, teilweise absolut unansehnlich. Wir haben die Waschmaschine genutzt, bzw. wollten sie nutzen. Das war erst nach Reinigung der Filter in der Waschmaschine möglich. Sie hat durch verdreckte Filter kein Wasser gezogen. Im Büro sind beide Wände totel Nass und es riecht sehr unangenehm. Die Farbe und der Putz löst sich schon. Das Treppengeländer ist sehr gefährlich, da es komplett lose ist. Für Kinder lebensgefährlich. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Kork an der Wand,darin riecht es. Der Billiardtisch war verschimmelt und der Kicker völlig verzogen und verschimmelt. Die Trainingsgerät absolut veraltet und abgenutzt. Die möchte man nicht benutzen. Und als es geregnet hat ist es durch die Fenster im EG reingelaufen und wir mussten alles aufwischen.

Its a nice place to spend few days with family and friends

Its a nice place to spend few days with family and friends, its situated in the middle of farms, outside Palma in S'Aranjasa about 20mn from Palma center so would recommend having a car as there are nothing in walking distance and the nearest beach is about 15mn by car! also the swimming pool is not suitable for small kids its approx 150cm deep! but over all was a nice place to stay in. -

Het huis was zeker top. In het begin moet je wennen en denk je misschien wat een oud huis. Maar alles werkt. Je hebt warm water, goeie vaatwasser en een top zwembad. Locatie is ook zeker fijn je hebt geen last van buren of ander overig geluid. Zou wel opletten of er dingen al aan het begin kapot zijn zodat je dat op tijd kan laten weten aan Portic Villa. Voor de rest was de service en contact met Portic Villa's goed en efficient. -

Très bonne villa

Très bonne villa, on n’entend pratiquement pas les avions malgré le fait que nous soyons à côté de l’aéroport. Il faudra une voiture pour pouvoir se déplacer en ville ou à la plage. Plusieurs terrasses pour se poser dont une au bord de la piscine. L’intérieur et très spacieux, et la petite attention de l’hôte à l’arrivée est très appréciable. Attention, les équipements du garage billard, baby-foot, sont inutilisables. Et attendez vous à être prélevés de 100€ supplémentaires de caution consommation électrique de la taxe de séjour. -

Mooie villa, wel ver van el arenal

De villa zelf is groot en ruim opgezet, waardoor er makkelijk 8 personen inkunnen. Qua faciliteiten is alles aanwezig wat je nodig kunt hebben. Het enigste nadeel van de villa is de verre afstand van het strand en el arenal, hierdoor moet je wel altijd een taxi nemen om ergens heen te gaan.
