This fantastic villa located in an exclusive area of Mallorca offers accommodation for up to 10 guests. This particularly attractive property has large spaces that allow guests to enjoy privacy without leaving an urbanised area with all the services.
The property has an above-ground swimming pool with sunbeds to relax in, as well as a barbecue where guests can enjoy their time with friends in the open air. The villa also has outdoor parking for up to 10 cars and covered parking for 1 vehicle. The interior of the villa offers 280m2 distributed over 2 spacious floors, with 5 large bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms. It also has a bright living room, a large dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen. For the little ones in the house, there is a cot and high chair available.
At 1 km from the property begins the tourist centre of Arenal, with a great variety of commercial establishments, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the famous Mediterranean cuisine. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common rooms. It does not have heating, although the air conditioners have a heat pump for the winter.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
