It is on the ground floor, has a spacious veranda surrounded by meadows and everything you need for a comfortable holiday: free parking, market, bars, restaurants, playground, tennis, wellness area with yoga classes, boat rental possible.
The apartment consists of: double bedroom with air conditioning; large bathroom with shower, kitchenette with kitchenette, small sitting area with sofa bed, bookcase and TV.
The outdoor area (covered patio) is really welcoming for dining and relaxing: returning from the nearby beaches, after a sunbath or a dip in the pool, it is extremely pleasant to enjoy the cool shade looking at the sea below the house.
On the lawn you can open two sun loungers in addition to the deck chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine.
The bathroom, with window and shower, is large and has been recently renovated.
