This magical place with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean has a light and spacious living room with an extended terrace. Located within the village of Jose Ignacio. Beaches (Brava and La Mansa) and restaurants (La Huella) are on walking distance.
In the back of the house there is a covered and protected outdoor space with a big barbecue / parilla and large dining table to enjoy a nice asado!
From July to September you may find Wales jumping out of the water in front of the house!

Paradise!
This beautiful home is conveniently located to everything the charming town of Jose Ignacio has to offer. Beach access across the street, markets within 5 minute walk, and restaurants including the world famous La Huella. The owner, Bart, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The home is well equipped, clean, and was perfect for our group of six adults. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio with a glass of wine each evening. We hope to return one day and wouldn't hesitate to rent this wonderful home again.
